Terms of purchase
Henwal uses Klarna Checkout. You can choose between invoice, direct payment, Card payment or bank transfer. Klarna also offers partial payment. The payment methods may vary based on country and the credit assessment made by Klarna on you..
We always do what we can to deliver your order as quickly as we can. Normal delivery time within Sweden is approximately 1-3 working days and for the rest of the world 3-10 working days.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address given to us at the time of order is correct, and that the buyer ensures that the delivery is collected/received at the pickup point within a reasonable time from dispatch, usually fourteen (14) days from Dispatch.
Any shipping costs are presented in connection with payment. For Sweden we have a fixed price of 50 SEK for shipping, for the Nordic countries (Finland, Norway, Denmark) 100 SEK and for the rest of the world 150 SEK.
The delivery is handled by a third party that our partner has chosen as the most appropriate. As a rule, this is DHL within Sweden and UPS or FedEx for the rest of the world. Our deliveries are traceable.
VAT & Customs
In the case of deliveries to non-EU countries, the Mervärdsskatt and/or customs fee must be paid. This cost is the customer’s to pay.
Right to withdraw/Returns
The customer has the right to return their orders within fourteen (14) days of the orders arrival to the pick up site. This is given that all products are unused, unharmed and that the plastic protection film is not removed. The customers will stand for return shipment and potential new shipment for substitute products, unless a clear mistake can be proven on Henwal’s behalf.

We reserve rights for typos and misprints, wrongful information, prices, and errors in specifications on all of our products and our services. All photographic information on our site shall be seen as illustrations and we can not guarantee that our pictures exactly or rightfully replicate the appearance or character of our products. The customer is responsible that numbers, background colours, logotypes etc are accepted and according to regulations in regards to intended purposes.
Wear, tears and safety
Our goalkeeper gloves are made of top quality latex. This latex is very soft and will be worn possibly immediately after the first use. This is common and not a sign of error from Henwal. Several variables affect how well gloves endure, such as the goalkeeper’s age, their technique, the pitch, how the gloves are handled, etc. The latex can be worn off from just about anything, like pulling up the socks or when you put the gloves on. You don’t need to be afraid of wear! It is common and natural to latex. Latex is a natural product that both offers good grip but will wear out over time. The grip will be available until almost all of the latex comes off. Hard surfaces and direct contact with the ground will speed up wear. Young goalkeepers may also experience quick wear, but the better their technique gets, the better the gloves will last.
Negative and roll finger gloves’ seams and fingers come under heavy stress during use. The seams on the gloves are made to support the glove, but end up under high stress. Henwal AB does not offer replacement goods or take complaints for burst seams or damaged latex located in the stress areas. Gloves with negative Cut will show faster signs of wear, due to how they are sewn.
Artificial grass wears both the latex and seams faster than grass. By buying our gloves, the customer accepts that artificial grass wears gloves faster than regular grass.
Our gloves are not designed to protect the goalkeeper from possible injuries. Our gloves do not protect you from finger, wrist or other injuries. Henwal takes no responsibility for injuries that customers may receive.
You should be very careful when taking off the gloves. Try to take your hand out of the glove instead of taking the glove off of your hand.
If any of these mentioned factors are worrying you, don’t buy the gloves.
